Return and Exchange Policy

At ili Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
